Microphone sounds very Bass forward in recordings.

I just listened to a playback of my recording and the bass is just insanely aggressive to me. But when Im editing filters and I have the monitor mode on, I dont hear it. I think I sound pretty good during the monitoring playbacks. What could be causing this?...

Blue tint to captures on 4K Pro

I recently got a 4K Pro capture card to dabble with a dual PC stream setup but the captures leave something to be desired. Everything captured has a blue tint/cast to it especially in HDR. I'd tried turning off tone-mapping on the 4K pro to utilize OBS tone mapping following Addie's video and it's still the same result. I dont think bad cables are the cause since the passthrough comes out fine. Any ideas how to solve this? It makes the card basically unusable...

Trying to Dial in the best OBS recording settings..

First XLR Mic, having trouble fine tuning filters.

I recently was gifted the Shure MV7+ and have no clue how to work it. Its my first xlr mic, so I bought my audio interface, now I struggle fine tuning filters. Im trying to reduce background noises, static, leveling my voice so if I whisper or yell it evens out and doesnt clip and peak. I guess Im trying to make it as good as it can be. Can anyone point me in the best direction on learning all of this? Ive been struggling for the past couple hours trying different tutorials on filters but I seem to make things worse. Built a streaming PC but I can only use one monitor with a 4090 now?

So i just build a streaming pc with an Elgato 4k Pro. Issue is for it to get any signal I have to disable all other monitors aside from my main. I am mirroring the display rather than using the passthroug. It was working when I first set it up with multiple displays but now it will only get signal as i mentioned. Is this normal? what am i missing?

Best method of cloning 4k OBS scenes/layout for lower resolution canvas.

I stream/record PC games at 4k 90% of the time. In the few instances I'd like to play a console game that maxes out at 1080, I'll need to have my canvas set to that. I'm hoping someone has a pain free way to clone my 4k setup, and have all my sources/scenes scaled from 4k to 1080. Thanks in advance!...

Suggested upgrades for a streaming PC?

Hey y'all, I'm having some performance issues related to encoding on my streaming PC since I want to record at a higher quality than I stream, and either way with enhanced broadcasting coming up I would like to look into upgrading my GPU. Specs here, if i'm barking up the wrong tree entirely let me know. YT AV1 Encoding

I have started to dabble in multistreaming and want to get a propr AV1 encode setup to YT. I have a 4090 and am streaming at 3440x1440. Here are my current settings but when looking at the stream after the fact it doesn't seem to be as clear as I would expect. any suggestions?

My Game capture is always off by 1% color, is this normal?

Hope someone could help me with this, I'll leave the forum post below if anyone wants more details about my issues but to summarize, no matter what settings I use, drivers etc etc on my dual pc set up obs always outputs something that's just barely off color wise, on regulars displays you could never tell but I was able to tell nearly right away on my nicer monitor, its off by <1% at worst so I'm wondering if its actually a problem or if simply running a 2 pc set up always comes with a tad bit of inaccuracy. Troubles with Streamlabs OBS picking up audio from Apple Music.exe

I've been configuring settings to properly set up my stream audio, and separate certain tracks from VODS that I don't wish to include in them. One of them obviously being copyrighted music that might get me a strike on Twitch. For some reason, the application audio capture just doesn't pick up any sound from the Apple Music.exe application that I installed via the Microsoft store. I can't find any solutions for Streamlabs OBS in particular on Google, only OBS Studios. I did read in a youtube comment section that it IS possible to do in Streamlabs OBS however, and they recommended I come over to this discord for help, as they found help here as well....

AV1 multistreaming with A380

Currently I'm using using a 2 pc setup 13900k/4080 gaming pc and 9900k/1080 ti streaming pc, 18mbps upload. I use the elgato mk.2 capture card and goxlr for audio. Currently the 1080 ti does a good job at NVENC H.264 for twitch and record, and hevc for one youtube stream. I would like add a vertical youtube stream and use AV1 for both youtube streams. I was wondering would it be more optimal to leave the 1080 ti in the pc and continue using it for NVENC H.264 twitch/record while the A380 handles...

How Can I stream 1440p with Twitch Enhanced Brodcast

I'm trying to use the Twitch Enhanced Broadcast to strewam at 1440p resolution to twitch. My output resolution in OBS is set to 1440p, but when i go live it still says its streaming at only 1080p. And I want to use the Atum Multistream plugin with it but there is no 1440p encode that I can use with Atuim Multistream. Can I fix this some how?

Hi there, I've currently got a 2TB Samsung SSD inside my computer, and a 4TB External LaCie Rugged Mini, which I have very quickly filled up with archives of VODs + Recordings from the past few years I wanted to store locally instead of using cloud storage like I previously had been. Preferably I would like to avoid returning to cloud storage, as my upload speed can't handle the file sizes without being entirely unusable for 1-2 days.
