[SOLVED] How do i Add a movie clip(+especially the Music part) to my youtube video without copyrigh
I want to add a movie clip and music used in that Clip to my own video.
Two questions:
1.How do i get the clip? Do I have to download it from youtube ?
2.how can i use the video movie clip without any copyrights issues?

Being completely honest, there’s always a risk of there being copyright issues unless you have special permission from the company that made the film or music.
However, if you’re a fairly small channel, YouTube is probably not gonna make a huge fuss over it so long as you have some sort of commentary over it. If you’re speaking, YouTube’s automatic detection system has a hard time noticing the music in the background. Now, if you’re not speaking, I’m afraid you’re SOL. The only thing you can do in situations like this is hope YouTube doesn’t catch it, or that the music or movie is obscure enough that YouTube doesn’t know what lt is and therefore doesn’t know if there’s a copyright.
Try to make the clip of the movie less than 10 seconds long and you’re normally fine, and there’s plenty of downloaders to use. Look up YouTube to MP4 and then copy the URL of the YouTube video you want and pasted into that site you chose
Thanks for the advice. Appreciate it a lot . My channel is very small (under 50) and I just started it and don't want to get caught in any copyright claims. Just wanted to add a under 15s clip sequence. But looking at the risk as you said, i may have to skip it..Anyway thanks.
