Issue Submission Tool

I'm looking for suggestions for free ticket submission without signing into GitHub that go beyond Bug Reporter. Email and webforms are both useful, but email is a priority

Is that included with regular 365?

Alright this is my main job for today, I'll let you know what I wind up with

The flow for email I'm aiming for is to just say somewhere "I'm accepting support via email, please tell us how we can help at xyz@xyz.com" and immediately prompt them with asking for additonal info upon receipt of the first email

If Microsoft Flow/PowerApps can use the same yml I wrote for the GitHub issue template that would be awesome. Something tells me they're not quite so horizontally integrated

Discovered this is possible with Zapier + Taiga. checking this out tonight/tomorrow

finally got it up. Imo fewer hoops than PowerBI or whatever

First time trying Taiga out and I actually like it a lot, doesn't make me cringe as much as JIRA
