How do I enable or disable passive mode?

You can enable/disable it by typing /passive in chat or toggle it in the F1 settings (cogwheel icon) While in PvP, you can also reduce spawn protection by pressing TAB

For some reason when i do the chat option it says passive is forced for all players in this location but there are ppl next to me shooting and it wont let me in settings in f1 menu, am i broken

press f3, go to chill lobby, enter a meet zone and leave it, press f3 again and switch lobby to sandbox
