Valorant is using gpu 1 - copy or gpu 0 instead of my gpu

for a while it was just gpu 1 and i ran on 600 - 1000 fps but now i just run at 100 ish and its quite frustrating. i already tried setting in settings to high preformance gpu. didnt work
