When making a Val account you can use a “VPN” to change the server address.
Let’s suppose your located in NA and you make a account in EU once completely made. Would you still require a VPN to play on that server or can you turn off the vpn and play?
VPN -> make account -> ???keep VPN on or can I turn it off for less ping
