Permanent Suspension. Third party software.

This morning I got back from school and went to play some Valorant but when I tried to launch it appeared that I got permantly banned for using "third party software"
which I didn't use any cheats.
I play since beta and would never cheat to risk my money/time/rank spent on my account, never!

Could this be a account compromised situation?? How long does it take to Riot to answer my ticket
