I’m posting here because I’m extremely confused about a permanent restriction placed on my account for “third-party software,” and I’m hoping someone from the community team may be able to provide clarification or ensure my case was fully reviewed.
I have invested thousands of hours into this account and spent a significant amount of money over the years. I genuinely care about my account and would never knowingly risk losing it.
The day before the restriction occurred, I performed a factory reset on my PC due to repeated blue screens and severe performance issues. Shortly after that, I received the permanent restriction. I’m concerned that something related to the system instability or a software conflict may have triggered a false detection.
I submitted a support ticket, and the agent who handled it (BlazeFury) stated that it was a solved case and that any future tickets regarding the penalty would be automatically closed. This has left me feeling like I have no remaining avenue to seek clarification.
I fully respect Riot’s anti-cheat efforts and understand the importance of maintaining competitive integrity. However, I did not use cheats in Valorant, and I would sincerely appreciate if my case could be reviewed one more time or if any general clarification could be provided.
If any additional information is needed from me, I am more than willing to cooperate.
