Account banned (Failed to appeal 4 times)
Hi, I got suspended on the day the new update dropped. I’ve been appealing over and over again but the support team is just giving me some template answers. They just said I’ve used third-party program and my account can’t be unbanned.

I’m not sure why I got flagged as a cheater. Please advise me. I’ve spent more than 700USD on my account and it sucks to have it suspended falsely.
