Banned Appeal

I need Help with this Banned Appeal, I recieved an Email from "PawsitivelyPanda" for alot of personal information which i gave but have not heard back since. I was wrongfully banned and have not heard a response still with status being listed as "solved" when it's not solved. Can anyone help me?
