0 FPS please help

I was trying to force crash my game by upscaling to max and setting MSAA to max but it didn’t crash and now I’m getting 0 frames per second every like 2 mins I get 1 frame. Ik it was dumb but usually it crashes me idk y not this time. Is there a way to edit my settings outside of game?

in your citizenfx folder in app data AppData\Roaming\CitizenFX

Alright, you helped alot nonetheless hopefully I can run with MSAA off to turn off upscaling Tyy Sorry but what does shadow distance do?
