is it possible my lod's got corrupted?
they are no longer loading and have been giving more and more weird glitches and errors

It is possible they are corrupted.
A good way to find out would be to rename the lod folder for that world, to force them to regenerate.
If the errors go away, it was probably because of corrupted data; if the errors remain, it is something else.
