I did the changes again but considering tick/behavior duality properly

  I made molten_steel .LIQUID and it now went through the trapdoor (change)
  I made slime        .MOLTEN and it no longer went through the trapdoor (change)
= I made water        .MOLTEN and it still went through the trapdoor (no change)

There's no reason why molten things should refuse to go through, and there's definitely no reason why water should be an exception.
