Permanent Ban while Valorant Uninstalled

I uninstalled valo a few months back, today I logged in and found out that I have been permanently banned. Can a dev help with this issue?
I am a normal person who plays for fun rather than for winning so I don't see any point in using any cheats.
I had even bought a skin, I don't know about others but for me the value of that money I spent was a lot and now its gone
