Valorant permanent ban
I need your help. I have reached out to riot games about this problem and I have been getting the same answer with no proper solution. I was falsely banned for third party software. me and my cousin share a desktop pc which we both play valorant on. My cousin downloaded something that was a virus on our computer. I think it was some sort of companion for one of his games. Anyway it turns out to be a virus. My windows defender was turned of by the virus and my cousin didn’t completely delete it before it got detected by vanguard and read it as a cheat it also ran in the background and we couldn’t disable because it keep popping up. Turns out he didn’t fully delete it and there were 2 folders of it. Later on I’m playing warframe and I decided to launch valorant through riot launcher and i get the pop up message that I have been suspended. It is very frustrating and shocking that I was banned and I cannot get a full detailed explanation on what vanguard or the anti-cheat department detected and how I cannot get back my account. I am also hardware banned for 4 months which has crushed me.
