Difrent data with sharding?

if i would get the total guild count with sharding, would i get a total of the guilds using that shard or the total guilds

im not sharding yet but i want to have my bot ready so i dont need to make mutch changes when im starting to use it client.guilds.cache.size whats the way for sharding? alr. would that work withoud sharding? ok. so when im gona use sharding i just need to replace all client.guilds.cache.size with that right? how do you mean internal and traditional? im prob gona use discordjs shardmanager ah. whats internal sharding? ahh
