Docs for webhook

@Engineering, need suggestions for deciding which one would be a good place to put the documentation for Webhook Should we put it under Platform as an independent entry, or put it under each provider?

Maybe on platform as a general feature that is easy to spot and know it exists. And when needed in that page, link to specific providers?
