How To Reduce Grain OR Noise Using Go Pro

On one of my YouTube videos, I have watched it over and over again with this annoying grain / noise that appears when the camera itself is moving, and I am thinking it's because of a setting that I have on the camera itself. I use a Go Pro Hero 8 Black. Here's my settings: RES | FPS = 1080 | 30, Lens are wide, Hypersmooth is on, Bit Rate is Standard, Shutter is Auto (or Automatic), ISO Min is 100 and ISO Max is 400, Note, I was outdoors most of the video in really bright conditions, very few of the clips were indoors. If anyone could help me out and suggest which setting I should change and to what, that'd be appreciated!

I think you can only do that in the edit program after you recorded it

having high ISO will cause the footage to be grainy so keep it low when you record but since you say most of it was in bright conditions, I’m not sure what caused it since your ISO probably was set low

Can you show a sample? Noise is from high iso settings and while 400 isn't considered high I wouldn't be surprised if a GoPro could look awful at that setting
