Misalignment in the pulleys

Hi, How can I align the pulley for? Would it help to move the mini shim that is at the bottom to put it on top?

Is that a crack near the bolt? Print looks deformed there Also near bearing around lead screw

hooo yeah, would that cause the misalignment? anyway let me print it again

you probably want to adjust your extrusion multiplier or maybe your shrinkage

I am having the same issue and my print isn't cracked. I think the 3.1 flange bearings are not doing a good enough job of keeping the belt in place. They may be too small or perhaps they have a radius were the flange meets the bearing diameter causing the belt to ride down and out leading to wear.

I guess that with the small flanges even a slight slanting of the bearing will cause the belts to rub against the flanges. So I would think you need to make sure that the angle of the bearing is correct. Moving the bearing up/down by small amount might not help.

The deformed part has already been reprinted at 100.3% measuring the same as the model +-.1mm and I changed a mini shim above and it continues to come out of the bearing, what could I do? I more or less understood you, but what should I modify?

In superslicer you should set the shrinkage instead of scaling the model

Wish I knew 🙂 Do whatever to move the top of the shaft towards the belt, and the bottom away from the belt. That is, if the belt rubs agaist the bottom flange. Have you checked that the belt is not stretched at some other point? Perhaps running continuosly over a flange somewhere? Or stretched so that it is not straigth anymore?

It seems to lean forward, which would be in line with the print being overextruded/too big
