You could have a look at #d1-open-alpha, but that is currently limited to 100mb. Otherwise, various databases (in no particular order and likely with many left out, https://neon.tech, https://xata.io/, https://supabase.com, https://planetscale.com) provide "serverless connectors" for their databases that work over HTTP. These all work fine in Workers as well.
