cannot get game info - 2.5.1 tried clearing cache, resetting and logging out of epic and back in.Win
Hello all,
I am getting the error always for installed games - "cannot get game info" - 2.5.1, I've tried clearing cache, resetting and logging out of epic and back in. Windows 11.
Any ideas?

I have tried logging out, resetting, clearing cache, and then logging back in and still the same issue.

You're looking at the game-specific log there, not Heroic's general log

I am having a similar problem, in linux mint 21, i cannot see the game data for long an it shows the message cited before, and that makes it apparently impossible to install a game from the library, since it's stuck loading

Have you already tried logging out & back in again?
Epic now requires your date of birth to be set before you're able to request any game information. This is a fairly new requirement (and it's still only happening for some people), so we're not handling it correctly yet
