REALLY slow just getting install sizes on OSX 10.13

Running on 10.13 osx and it is insanely slow. It loads my lkibrary all fine (from GOG) then when I choose a game to install It sits there forever just getting the install info (it actually never gets it). I KNOW my internet connection isn't this slow! lol!!!
Anyone have any hints on how to speed this up?
