Minimun storage size
Hi, I'm about to flash RatOS, and I have a 8GB sdcard. Documentation seems to recommend a 16GB card. Is this a real mininal storage size or will smaller card be usable ?

16GB is a hard limit.

Thanks, I will dig inside my drawers in the hope of finding a 16GB+ card
make sure you use a good SD card, as klipper and other things will be reading and writing from it a lot. I personally like samsung EVO cards (cheap and good). I recently got my 32 GB card for like $6

I found a 32GB SD card on a RPi4 that acts currently as a router on OpenWRT... which uses only a 1GB partition same card as the one running on another RPi4 on Fluiddpi for my current printer, without any issue so far, so it's good enough
time to swap the card of my router with the 8GB one
Save that 8gb one for flashing your MCU. Most MCU don't like big cards

I have others 8GB unused
found a 512MB card in an old OpenMoko phone
I have had a 8GB card and clone it to a 32GB one. But it's keeping around 8GB of storage only.
What's the easiest way to upgrade/increase the new card storage?
how did you clone it? If you created a img file, just use balana etcher to write it to the SD card as normal
What i did. But it just clone the 8GB to the 32GB, and seems that doesn't update the extra storage...
ok, start a new post and detail exactly what you did please
