V-Minion Mesh help

Hey guys! I just went through the usual steps of getting a nice mesh with my new Minion. As long as it was somehow related to one of the three screws, i was able to dial it slowly in. But now i actually don't know how to improve this anymore 😅 I did put the Gantry in Parallel in the built process, and as far as i can see, that went okay. I used the RR PEI Sheet for these measurements, but just for a comparison also used a Prusa Mini Satin Sheet - the zero level ofc changes quite a bit, but the basic shape stays the same with both. Measurements all taken at 80°C set for the Heatbed. Any advice?

the important point to the right of picture is missing, and/or turn on scale gradient

i guess that's just the usual strife for perfection and understanding whats going on there ^^ i thought the beds themselves to be flatter i let it soak for an hour when i did the last measurement, and that was pretty much the same as this one i did now after truning the printer back on and doing it with only a short soak i guess i was just spoiled by some numbers i saw sadpepe
