Heroic keeps getting stuck at download game size(loop)
Im am waiting to get the size to be calculated and it just keeps loading when i try to install a game (sonic mania)

you have to give more info, is it an epic or a gog game? does it happen ONLY for that game? which version or heroic are you using? is there anything in the logs like an error? (settings > log)

I know epic was down because of all the people downloading death stranding, it could be an error with the servers struggling to answer to this amount of users

I just tested, we are receiving some error from epic's servers:
requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://launcher-public-service-prod06.ol.epicgames.com/launcher/api/public/assets/v2/platform/Windows/namespace/f4a904fcef2447439c35c4e6457f3027/catalogItem/678578f8abe84265b0d5f81c1997c6da/app/5bf67f3153364181b54cb9e40ca7fa82/label/Live

personally, I would wait some time until epic's traffic normalizes (no idea, maybe a few hours/days) to know if gets fixed from epic's side
looks like something on epic's side is forbidding legendary to connect to their API, maybe because of the crazy demand from this game

no idea haha, I just saw people complaining about it being down and I see that error when I try to fetch the game info using legendary
I can confirm I'm having similar issues with many games randomly, looks like some issue with their servers
