Is it possible to schedule downloads in heroic launcher as I only get internet late in night?

We don't provide something like that yet. You could open a girhub issue for this feature request

one thing you could try as a workaround:
- add the things you want to download in the download queue
- close heroic
- setup a cronjob/task to open heroic at a given time
- heroic will open and start downloading things automatically
