Steam corrupt downloads
Every single game i try to download stops downloading at the same percent dpending on the game everytime. I've tried using the whiskey app, using crossover, wine, deleteing every file and redownloading clean, changing my download region, but nothing is working. Does anyone have any clue on what I can do?

everything is downloading except the disk except the disk usage which is 0bps

@VarruktaMou @J0sh this is a known bug for some games
When this happen, I install manually via steamcmd : https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamCMD
