Game not launching
Everytime i click on PLAY NOW button of any game, it shows PLAYING (STOP) for about five seconds and the button returns to PLAY NOW without launching the game

You need to install wine dependecies. Please read the pinned post how to install them.
Also if possible avoid proton. Proton is made for steam only. Use wine-ge instead with dxvk or vkd3d enabled
