Holes Near Seam, Vertical Stripes

Hello, I'm looking to dial in a single perimeter print. I've conducted testing with input shaper on and pressure advance off at 1000mm/S2, and at a very stock cura profile running at super slow speeds with wipe and coasting off. I am seeing gaps near the z seam, and vertical bands across the print, with input shaper on/off and pressure advance on/off. I'd appreciate some troubleshooting advice.

Here's abother image that shows the problem is linked to the features of the cube. The top piece is just two cubes stuck together, and you can see that the holes repeat.

Did you set the pressure advance correctly?

that looks like PA calibration is needed

I had PA on/off/at the recommended value (the same value my calibration pointed to) and no luck. I have swapped to Super Slicer yesterday from Cura, and I don't really see the issue anymore. I'm not sure what caused such poor results with Cura, even after rebuilding a profile from stock. Thanks for the suggestions. I don't know how to mark a post as closed
