Holes Near Seam, Vertical Stripes

Hello, I'm looking to dial in a single perimeter print. I've conducted testing with input shaper on and pressure advance off at 1000mm/S2, and at a very stock cura profile running at super slow speeds with wipe and coasting off.

I am seeing gaps near the z seam, and vertical bands across the print, with input shaper on/off and pressure advance on/off.

I'd appreciate some troubleshooting advice.
