Nozzle too low all the time

I have encountered a rather weird problem. The nozzle is ALWAYS too low. I have run several probe calibrations (I have BL touch) and mesh calibrations, both seem fine. When I run print, the nozzle is 0,7 lower than it should be and when I dont lift it, it scrapes the bed hard. Any suggestion what to do with this?

Im having this problem also - although for me the thickness of my first layer is always 0.16mm I need 0.20. I keep adjusting z_offset, have gone from 2.44 ( the result of calibrate ) and manually tweaked it all the way to 2.26 but my tests always come out the same.

I have the same issue on my v-Minion. Probe Calibrate, the paper test, save config, start a print, always have to raise the nozzle during the first layer to keep the nozzle from scuffing the top of the adjacent layers. after the quick adjustment, nice juicy layers. After the print, hit Save Config. Its supposed to update the z-offset to the new number. Start another print, Bed Mesh Runs, print starts, same thing, raise the nozzle the same amount and beautiful print. I cannot start a print and walk away, the first layer always has to be babied along.

Here is an example of a print I run yesterday. You can see it starts pretty rough. Make a few adjustments and turns out beautiful.. Before you say the bed isnt level. It does not matter where on the bed the print starts, its always the same.

Same here - exactly the procedure frogscoin described. No matter if I store a mesh calibration or probe in advance. I pre-heated for 1/2h - Probe accuracy range is at 0.005 mm
