CHow is the electrical connection being made? Does the upper gimbal has slots for eg JST-crimp plugs?

WYep, 6 pin will work, but the center rectangular hole will need to be enlarged a bit

H@walmis Could I use your board simply to control the motors and x/y axis while connecting my grip to it's original board for button functionality? It would require two boards within the base but I was thinking of using my Virpil base and converting it to accommodate your board and motors for x/y force feedback only.
WHi, I had a similar request, the solution would be to add a passthrough connector on Rhino exterior, then the user can make a passthrough cable as he wishes.
This way it's possible to use the Rhino input functionality, or disable the grip functionality and use the external board.

C@walmis Concerning the EmerOff-Switch: If wired directly in line with the PSU it has to withstand some 10A+. Is there an ESO-input into the controller or do you have wired the EmerOff via Relais?
WYeah, that's the worst case current. It averages much lower. The switch is wired in series with the supply positive.

RAnyone else seem to get alot of forward stick with the DCS F14? As though the stick centre is off? I'm sure its a problem with the module, just wondering if there is a fix I've missed..

WI have an idea to autoswitch profiles based on the DCS telemetry in my development roadmap
RJust looking at the real F14 stick.. it looks as though the grip is not collinear to the the lower stick shaft (if that makes sense?) So the behaviour is correct in DCS, however stick position is based off the main lower shaft. The grip appears to be angled rearward ~10 degrees to compensate for the forward stick position..
I wonder, without having to make an adapter to mimic the stick position, if there is a way to compensate through software?

RWill have a play with that. Obviously with that solution there will be a loss of range of motion in one direction..
