sync with installed epic games not worked

I install rocket league bakkesmod according to this instruction https://www.reddit.com/r/bakkesmod/comments/s0njrh/how_to_bakkesmod_on_linux_steam_and_epic_games , I need to get the Manifests file, but when synchronizing through the heroic game launcher, the file is not created, although it worked before
