SolvedPrinting orientation
Hi,
My vcore 3.1 is printing in mirror orientation vs slicer and also rotates the print, top layer in slicer is bottom layer while printing, any ideas where to look?

if you look at the text is mirrored in both directions.
Sounds like the axis orientation in your slicer is wrong.

I can't see an option for axis orientation in cura...
I had this happen to me a long time ago when using Simplyfy3d on another printer. It was caused by a slicer setting for the printer configuration. If homing and bead movement all work fine and go in the direction expected, I am very sure that this is a Slicer issue.
If I recall right it had to do with the definition of the Y axis, since it does not home at the Zero setting but at the Max Y setting
Possibly @mitsuma can help as I think he is a Cura user
BTW, what controller card are you using? The printer I had problems with was using a Duet so the configuration problem may have been with the controller also.

I am using a octopus v1.1 (not pro) the printer homes and works fine, I think it has something to do with the fact that in cura I started with an ender 5 profile (cartesian) and modified it to suit the vcore
I tried to add a voron profile but I can't import the setting from ender 5 profile,

swapped x y motor cables, endstop pins and adjusted the direction of the axis and now is working fine
