I try to play this game and run so slow... i can´t play this game 😦

You're using an integrated GPU that does not support Vulkan

Disabling DXVK should be fine for this game

and for that, you should be using Wine-GE and not Proton

"winePrefix": "/home/eduardo/.wine"

you should also change this to be another folder, such as /home/eduardo/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/TheAltoCollection

Correct your Wineprefix & switch to Wine-GE (as mentioned by @termdisc), then make sure "Auto Install/Update DXVK on Prefix" is not turned on

You can install it from the Wine Manager then
