Binding? What do you mean by that? And how can I find the best tension for belts of a 400? Would a wireing suspend for the adxl causing the problem

I have some pannels with loose screws on the side of the printer that arent mounted, could that be a problem to? also another printer shakeing alot on this desk

The double peak is not ok. The table could be resonating too if it has some flex. You need something stable, the panels could be an issue.
