Tomb Rider dont run
At first, I have a black screen for a long time and then after a long "loading" when I start the game itself, I crash after the first cutscene

hmmm for me it worked out of the box using Wine-GE-Proton7-34, DXVK and VKD3D, you can check all that in the settings (if you were using Proton-GE or other you might want to delete the folder with the prefix after changing the wine version to wine-ge)
also, looks like files might be missing? go to the game page in heroic > click the three dots at the top right > verify and repair
