Is Workers Sites semi deprecated?
The Pages suggestions in the docs give me this feeling.

Kinda? Pages is the successor - things like the Git integration, Direct Upload, free static sites, etc
It comes with some opinionated defaults that you can’t currently change whereas Workers Sites is more “do it yourself” and therefore allows you to do any custom logic or handling you want
