How to use D.L.C

I have S.W.A.T 4 Gold edition but, I can't figure out how to use the stetchkov syndicate D.L.C. ican only play the Base game. I tried looking it up on Google but only kept getting let's play videos. Anyone know how to do it? Preferably in a way where I can easily switch from playing the D.L.C to playing the base game and, back?
