Help with Severed Steel
every time i open this two games it end up with error or not working

Severed Steel should work out of the box if you use Wine-GE-Proton with DXVK and VKD3D enabled (you can install that using the Wine Manager section in heroic and then set that in the game settings)
for assassin's creed you probably need to install the ubisoft connect launcher in the prefix, check this guide https://github.com/Heroic-Games-Launcher/HeroicGamesLauncher/wiki/How-to-install-Ubisoft-Connect-on-Linux-and-Mac

Does anything change when you pass
-dx11 as a game argument on Severed Steel?
For AC, yes. You need Ubisoft Launcher to be installed in prefix.

share the complete game logs (click on the game card > Report an error running this game > you'll see the whole log there), it's hard to say anything with just that error

disable this "preferSystemLibs": true, and you don't need the eac nor battleye runtimes either
disable game mode just in case too "useGameMode": true,
and don't set the alternative exe "targetExe": "/home/fixerage/Games/Heroic/rigelPublic/ThankYouVeryCool.exe",
