Lots of things could cause this unfortunately. Have you tuned your belts? Pressure advance? Extrusion/flow percent? It could be a temp change. Does your heater ever change throttle significantly for significant periods of time during the print? Are you using a part cooling fan and if so what and how strong is it? Is your filament a consistent width/what manufacturer are you using?

Thanks I have not really tuned my belts besides feeling the tightness, and for this print the pressure advance must be zero, the heater never changes temp, I am using a part cooling fan at 100% and I am pretty sure the fillament is consistent width I am using overture pla.

Tune your belts! It's probably not that. Check for play in the belts for sure though, can your move your print head at all without the servos engaging? Give them a jiggle.

Should they not be able too? also how do I tune it so that they have equal tension

Belt tensioning is a whole deal. Do you have an accelerometer mounted to your build head? The smaller amount you can jiggle the print head, the better

I do have an exelerometer accelerometer Hi i had just started printing and it was about a third the way through when the printer stopped. The power supply was not on and when i re plugged it in in a different outlet still it did not turn on! should I ask in fox my printer?
blacksmithforlife
Can you test that outlet with something simple like a lamp to make sure it is actually putting out electricity?

yes it is able to

do you have a fused socket going from the wall to your machine?
rival-black
rival-black17mo ago
yes I checked the fuse
blacksmithforlife
Guess it is time to break out the multimeter and start testing everything for voltage

ok

ha thanks it seems that the fuse is actually blown although it doesn’t look like it. Do you know why it could have blown?
optimistic-gold
optimistic-gold17mo ago
wired backwards. I blew my fuse by using the voltmeter wrong once but fix that then let's work on the printer problem haha

So I fixed it and re printed the part with tighter belts and it had the same problem

optimistic-gold17mo ago
You're supposed to tune them not tighten them haha
rival-black
rival-black17mo ago
well how do you tune the@ then them

@xxrobot how did you tune your belts? It seemed to go pretty well for you

share your measure corexy belt tension graph

It is very easy to use. It can intuitively display the tightness of the belt and adjust its pointer to the same position in the middle section https://www.printables.com/model/151815-belt-tensioner-meter-9-mm-petg-prusament

thanks i didn’t see that before!here they are. How do i use these?

The most "interesting" one from a belt tightness perspective is the final one with only 2 lines on it. That one shows two belts that are nearly perfectly in sync so that more or less means your machine is tuned. Congrats! If its stalling, you'll need to loosen both and then sync them again making sure not to excessively tighten.

ooh good i’ll probably re print that piece and see what happens after re printing it it does seem to have the same issue

Hmmm. Are your linear rail screws all tightened properly?

i think they are i could double check

I had this issue as well, but i noticed it occurred more or less on some places of the bed. I found that it was caused by a slight amount of backlash in one of the Z lead screws and using Z-hop on top of that. Disabling Z-hop made it much better but fixing the backlash fixed it completely.

how did you fix the backlash?

Its a vcore500 3.0 so it still has the square anti-backlash blocks: I thightened them more and used a lower viscosity lubricant on the screws, just to avoid to a slight potential bind or lag from that I supose the 3.1 assembly can also be tightened in some form
