is there a way to continuously vibrate at a certain frequency?

I have upgraded the EVA to heat inserts everywhere and when running the input shaper there is a horrific loud noise at certain frequencies. But when I try to find the source the rattling goes away too quick because the frequency continues to raise. Is there a way to run a test that just stays for example at 45Hz for 30 seconds without the frequency increasing before and after?
