You're doing a normal reload, with cache enabled?
Oh interesting, the flicker doesn't always happen in cloudflare for me either in safari. This is what I get in Brave (chromium) for cloudflare

My flicker is not as you see in the first video. In fact, it's just a layout issue I think on the last item "Relay Support in Nebula" and the "Defined Networking" entry flashes ever so slightly.
OK, yeah that just looks like the image loading in or something, not nearly as bad as what I'm seeing in chromium.
For me, it seems the fallback font is shown each time, like it's not caching the font assets or css correctly.
