hot bed mesh vs cold bed mesh ... same or different bow? If bowing when hot it's simply the bimetal strip heating effect. steel linear rail vs aluminum (even carbon fiber to a less extent though) heat expand at different amounts forcing the gantry to bow. If you always print warm.... one way to correct is to lossen then tighten al lteh rail screws while well heat soaked. Then you will have a bow when cold, but flat when hot,

Thanks for your input .. Lossen the rails as well as heat soaking helpped but the main cause I would say is probing with 3x3. When I revert back to 7x7 i got a better looking bed. I still have bowed bed on the Y by 0.07mm but overall its 0.137mm our of flat for 400mm bed

normal ops will comp for that without issue. Next print job.... feel your Z rod coupler while printing. AS the nozzle traverses the bed, you'll feel the Z stepper move ever so slightly. I put tape 'flags' on my Z rods, but the motion is so small and slow it's hard to see visually. Finger tip pinch of the coupler with the tips of your fingers touching the motor base mount, you can feel the Z rod rotating during X/Y travels.
