Not Found after container started

I'm seeing a Not Found page when going to my new app. It's showing as started in the deploy logs.

Running the same npm run start works locally.

I believe the project ID is 399d3c1d-0637-4099-b685-df5ad4c5db46

None of the above are relevant.
