cooldown added to command not working

Anyone knows why my cooldown isn't working to my commands, there is no error shown and the command works itself fine but when I execute it twice the bot doesn't say there is a cooldown

1. Why are you destructuring from interaction.user 2. You’re defining the cooldown in the command code so there’s no way to access it again when the command is run again its just redefined

ah thanks, btw do you know any videos related DB as its not my best thing as you can see. Just asking if you got any docs or youtube videos you know that I can use. If not then that's okay, thanks for your time
