Beginner question

I have page built with templates. It seems my style.css is working on some parts and not others. Is there any common rookie mistake that could cause this?

Not common, but it's got to be related to your selectors if the differences are within a single page. What's your selector & what are you trying to match?

I have no idea what I did but it seems to be working now.. So yet again I learn nothing 😄 I must have just done something silly.
