Set a download bandwidth limit?
I wanna be courteous to others on the wifi and not use 100% of the bandwidth. Is there a way to cap download rate?

Not directly with Heroic
One thing you can try is to reduce the number of download workers in the Settings (that should reduce the used bandwidth, but it depends on other things, you can't specify a speed limit)
I know some users have used third party software to proxy Heroic to limit the bandwidth (I don't know which software)
