Tightening belts causes y-rail noise Vcore3

Has anyone had this happen? After getting my deracking fully sorted with belts off, and the y-rail sliding nicely even with some inertia, I tighten up the belts and now its movement in Y is clunk clunk clunk clunk. Movement in the X doesn't have this problem, therefore limiting the variables to the Y rail bearings. Any thoughts?

I installed Gold Series XY joiners before having this problem but it should not affect this theoretically Okay I think I had one belt far too tight

It may be the picture, but it looks like your belt is riding very low on the idler

Why is the toothed side of the belt riding against a smooth idler? Shouldn't that be mated with a toothed idler?

In 3.1 all of them were updated to smooth idlers
