Witcher 3 blobby Graphics despite being set to High

I just started playing the Witcher 3 today on my Steam Deck and the graphics look awful even though it's set to Ultra (Changing setting doesn't improve the models/textures at all) I've tried setting it to DirectX11 but that didn't help. Tried Proton Experimental and Wine-GE-Proton7-37 Didn't help either.
