Can I host a 24/7 stream on YouTube without leaving PC on?

Hey, I am looking to setup a 24/7 music stream, however I'm not sure if its possible to keep the stream running while my pc is off. I know you can do cloud streaming with gyre but I don't really want to pay to do so. Any ideas on how I could setup a stream like this?
